Kein Widerrufsrecht bei Beherbergungsleistungen
Verbraucher haben grundsätzlich ein Widerrufsrecht. Dieses Widerrufsrecht besteht jedoch nicht bei Verträgen zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Beherbergung zu anderen Zwecken als zu Wohnzwecken, wenn der Vertrag für die Erbringung einen bestimmten Termin oder Zeitraum vorsieht (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB).
Es gelten unsere AGB (insbesondere die dort geregelten Stornierungsbedingungen).
In Ausnahmefällen ist eine Kulanzregelung nach unserem Ermessen möglich.
